By accessing or using Mauffy AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

Mauffy AI provides an AI-powered platform that transforms 2D floor plans into photorealistic interior visualizations. The service includes image upload, AI generation, project management, and community sharing features.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features, you must sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of all floor plans and images you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your content as necessary to provide the service.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your uploaded content does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.

5. Usage Limits

Free accounts are subject to daily generation limits. Enterprise plans have custom limits based on your agreement. We reserve the right to modify these limits with reasonable notice.

6. Prohibited Use

You may not use the service for any illegal purpose, to generate harmful or misleading content, to attempt to reverse-engineer our AI models, or to circumvent any usage limits or security measures.

7. Limitation of Liability

Mauffy AI is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
